Adelphi’s Center for Career and Professional Development offers support and tools to help you figure out your optimal career path. Use the Career Path resource to see what careers are often connected to a degree in major in chemistry, whether you are working toward a B.A. or B.S. in chemistry or the B.S. in biochemistry degree. Prepare for a teaching career

The Chemistry department offers a unique combined baccalaureate/master’s five year program  which allows students to major in chemistry or biochemistry and also fulfill courses in education that will lead to New York State teaching certification.
